Psychosis is a severe mental health condition in which an individual loses contact with reality. It’s characterized by distorted thoughts, perceptions, and emotions. Symptoms include:

• Delusions: Strong, unshakeable beliefs in things that are not true.
• Disorganized Thinking: Difficulty organizing thoughts, leading to incoherent speech or behavior.
